For upload a picture
go on :

http://casimages.com/

at the left of the screen, you have a box "Héberger une image sur Casimages.com"
Search your file on your disk
Upload / Validate
Copy the url beside the line "forum ( PHP BB , IPB , Pun BB > BBCode )"
Past the url where you want in your message.

Dont need to give an email or something private,it's totally free.
